Day 33 Toastmaster Awards

Bill has been involved with the Toastmaster club at Micron for several months now. Toastmaster gives people opportunities to improve in public speaking. They, in a nut shell, give speeches to their peers and their peers provide an evaluation to help each other improve. There are prepared speeches, impromptu speeches and the evaluations themselves are judged. Bill has won 6/8 speeches he's given as judged by his peers and the improvements have helped his public speaking for his calling. He likes and feels like it has made a difference.
